Thank you for your advice. I think you are correct in that I need to look at this on a case by case basis. I think my biggest problem at the moment is trying to figure out what is actually causing the problems. I did list out the the hardware requirements.

I guess my major concern is that the installation is failing because it was created on Windows 98, but yet being installed on machines with Windows 95 and Windows 2000. I'm pretty new to this, so I'm not sure if this could be the reason. Although, I do realize that there could be other problems not associated with the installation itself, such as specific/unique conflicts with a user's system. I'm just wondering if these problems are due to some kind of general problem that I need to address, or just more on the occasional system conflict.
