These bodies all have legislative backing such as a professinal license. What we have now is probably the best without that kind of backing.

Couldn't agree with you more. I do consider it a marketable item for the purpose of getting a client or employment. As for charging more, it's a cost of doing business. If people expect it, you have to have it.
