The path statement contains long paths, have you tried placing quotes around it.

The _COMMAND should COMMAND without a leading underscore. Some of those system variables (FOXGRAPH, for example) are purely for backward compatibility. In fact, you won't even find _FOXGRAPH listed in the language reference.
