I see the UT is back up. Here are a couple ideas:

Have you included the post.exe in the Distribution directory? The only way I have used these successfully is by placing them there - then they are written to the hard drive during setup, and launched from there by the main Setup.exe. If there are path problems, there can be trouble, also, similar to yours. I usually test it with a dummy post.exe that does nothing, at first.
