To you and me it's not rocket science, but I suppose Rich might have another opinion. To get anything done with Outlook or Office, you have to play around a lot because it's not intuitive right away....and the docs suck. I mean, look at GetNameSpace("MAPI")....a lot of people look at that and quite reasonably say "wtf??"

If you do answer the question, then by all means, let the person know of your resource.
