Well, I kinda figured it out. I still can't create the cab file when trying to include the 96 meg file. So I create the cab file without and will distribute the application on a cd copying the 96 meg file on cd separate from the install program. Then manually copy the 96 meg file over to client machine. I think there is a limitation with cab files. They can't be over 100 megs or something using VFP setup wizard.
