Rene,

>We have a client running Mac's and they want to use our VFP for PC application on their Mac network. We're not going to convert to VFP for Mac, so does anybody have any experience with Windows emulation programs in general or with VFP in particular. Will it work or will it be slow, tedious and unworkable?

I have not done it, but a relatively simple solution might be an NT server added to their network running Citrix Metaframe or NT Terminal Server. The Mac clients can then run the thin-client terminal software while the VFP programs run back on the server.

You will want to search the message base here for patches to apply that speed up VFP apps running thin-client.

Or rewrite your VFP app for a Web front-end using Web Connection and if possible put IE5 browsers on the Macs (just released).
