Our wives must be related. Mine obsesses over the yard. I work out of the house and on an almost daily basis I hear a yell from the backyard, "Help! This tree limb is to big for me!" or something like that and I have to run out and wrestle it to the ground.

I just have my habaneros, cayennes, and tomatos. Butt ugly but the yield is good.

>Really! It's my wife who worries about the lawn and everything, not me. I grew up in an apartment in Chicago. Had a nice big yard to play in (froze part of it over in winter and played ice hockey). But I never had to take care of it. At any rate, The Mick (my wife) found a basketball lying the flower bed and was a bit upset by it. First, the flower bed, unless it's given some protection is gonna end up with plenty of basketballs in it that she won't see. Second, our boys are 20 (21 in two weeks) and 17. I've told her many times, "Let them enjoy it. There'll be plenty of opportunity to get this fixed up after they've left." Considering their ages, it shouldn't be in the too distant future.
