Sure, add a line in your config file for COMMAND=whatever.prg. Whatever.prg will then execute. I have one in mine to:

1. Set the startup default directory via GETDIR(); and
2. Add a bunch of OKLs for things like changing case, time stamping, etc.

You could also declare a PUBLIC variable in it and add you own toolbar to invoke the code and dock it whereever you like..
