I've had it for 3 days and so far no problems. It works like a champ. I've watched a couple videos from entertainment sites. They all looked flawless. Download a 40 MB program demo. The d/l speed was anywhere from 55 - 80 KB/Sec.
The only problem was the actual installation. The guy showed up at 4 when the window was 1-5. Even though they had made several confirmation calls and sent a letter to me prior to the installation, it fell thru the cracks and got handed to an installer at the last minute. Then the guy had to string a wire from the telephone pole, no wire to my place. He didn't have a masonary bit on his drill, so he hammer a drill bit thru the cement on the outside. Chipped off a bunch, and my landlord is now very upset.

>>I have Road Runner thru Media One, which is in the process of being bought by AT&T. I wonder if they have the same type of technology.

>Are you happy with Media One's internet access? They have just strung new cable in my neighborhood, but don't have it operational just yet. I'll have to decide between them and somebody's DSL.
