Just good old inserts from VFP - one line at a time - probably not the fastest way, but I wasn't dealing with ton's of data and it gave me a lot of control in a language I'm very familiar with. I even had all the triggers, etc. set-up in SQL beforehand so that all data got "validated" as I went. I wouldn't have done that if it had been a huge amount of data or I had to do it at more than justa few companies.
