I had install the setup.exe into the NetWare 3.12 and I try to test the executable file, it load up. Which mean there's nothing wrong with the mapping. However when I try to load a form which require a database it gives me an error message "Error loading file - loading form or the data environment - record number 5. input/output operation failure"

any ideas???
