I need to attach a 3rd party application to a FoxPro 2.6 database using .idx indexes via ODBC. The "up to date" system uses version 4.0 of the Visual Foxpro ODBC driver, and won't let me use the regular FoxPro driver because it is "outdated." I have not been able to figure out how to make the VFP ODBC driver look at an the index files. So my question is:
1. Can I make the VFP ODBC driver use .IDX index files?

or

2. What is best way to get an "old" or different driver on the system that will use .IDX index files and do you have any recommendations for what I should use and where I should get it.
