Would it be possible to change the framework so that a toolbar that is associated with a form, uses the same data session as the form?

Currently, the toolbar manager is responsible for creating the toolbar object, that is why the toolbar is using the "default" data session, and not the same data session as the form it is "attached" to.

In order to do this, you would have to move the responsibility of creating the toolbar object to the form, not the toolbar manager. I'm not sure how much I like the idea of forcing the form to create the toolbar instead of the toolbar manager, but this "I think" is the only way to force the toolbar to use the same data session as the form.
