For me this whole subject is ironic indeed...

For well over a year I have had UT service that REGULARLY, like in ALL THE TIME, let me read3 or 4 messages and then had me sitting tight for 60-90 seconds (which seems like a lifetime).

For 1.5 days about 4 months ago I got lightening service for every retrieval all the time and every time. It was so fantastic compared to my "usual" that I sent a message to Michel telling him of the difference just in case they had made some change that caused this. He replied that no changes at all had been made and within a day and a half all was back to "usual" [ !@#$#@! ] and has been so ever since.

Until today, when I can regularly get maybe 8-15 messages read before I get a 60 second slowdown.
And I am getting the odd, but very infrequent time-out.

By the way, does not a REFRESH of the left-lower frame get you your numbers back reasonably promptly???

Looks to me like it may take me getting back to "usual" (ugh!) service for it to get great again for others.
