Look here in the Files section for Files 803 and 810. 803 is Jim Booths's numeric data entry textbox class and 810 is Rick Borups's patched version of that class. You can use the textbox class as the textboxes within the grid for your numeric data entry.

>We are having a problem with where the insertion point starts in a grid cell. We are using the grid for entering numbers with decimal points. Depending where the user selects seem to determine the starting point of the number. For example if you click to the far left side of the cell, the number 123 would become 123000. If you click to the right near the decimal point, the number might be 12.3. We would like the cell to act as Excel acts, i.e., first click selects the complete cell and double click inserts at the point of the click. Ant suggestions would be helpful.
