If you've taken any steps to protect your source against extraction (encryption of the source in the generated code when coimpiling, branding with Refox, etc.), it's extremely likely that there's very little gain from compression of the .EXE file using the LZH protocol that's employed by WinZip. Compression relies on encoding repetitive/high frequency of occurance parts of a file that will allow the file's information to be encoded more efficiently within the Zip file, and the compilation encryption works against you.
