From my experience as a PS user, and what I've picked up through the grapevine here from dev people, Carl has good words of wisdom. You'll be much better off with the "Create new app" than the "Enhance PS" option. The third option is to pay PS contractors to do the job and teach you while at it, if the money's there. That will be the fastest way to get something up, probably, though you can see in my other posts that we've had a few problems with that.
