Delete all .VBS???? To me that does not sound like 100% sound advice I know for a fact I have a few projects utilizing VB script and (correct me if I am wrong).vbs files are vb script files and deleting them will only make your problem worse and the damage greater. I would say rename the files you know where changed ie if you keep a directory full of MP3 files you should be able to change them back and get on. This little sucker is nasty...but then again the moron left his handle in the code.
