I did try to set the strictdate in the init. But my strictdate command would fail. I have determined what is going on finally, but still don't know how to get around it. what I have found out is when I type in a date, the very first number that I type in (let say date was suppose to be 12/01/00 and I type in 1 for first number) the interactivechange fires. Since I haven't typed in the whole date an invalid date wait window shows up. Maybe I shouldn't be using interactivechange to move the date values to an array. I even used lostfocus but it still didn't matter. I just need to find a way move a complete date into an array. Thanks for replying back.
