Ok, here is what I have so far:
push menu _msysmenu
set sysmenu to _mfile, _medit, _mview, _msm_text, _mreport
release bar _mfi_savas of _mfile
release bar _mfi_saveashtml of _mfile
release bar _mvi_toolb of _mview

*!* use junk
*!* append blank
*!* replace mymemo with sys(2013)

select rptqry
modify report "sftemp\Report" in screen

*!* use in junk

pop menu _msysmenu

What I would additionally like to remove from the View Menu Pad is the ability to browse rptqry.dbf, select the Database Designer, select the Table Designer and select the Data Environment... bars.

Anyone know how?
