I have it in a INCLUDE folder under the folder the project is in. Then set _INCLUDE sysvar to that file. Then it becomes the default.
I haven't been jumping between different projects lately but I'm sure there is an easy way to have _INCLUDE var be changed automagically. I haven't needed to so I haven't looked yet.
