I guess you have a different definition of "kick off" than me. I thought you were implying that the only purpose of sbt.fxp was to run sbtproc.fxp, which isn't true. I haven't tested whether it caches the procedure file differently depending on which is run, so I'll take your word for it. Since I would never just change one of the .prg's without remaking sbtproc, that really has no effect on me.
