Short answer: YES!
Long answer: (MPO) MS is fighting the possible split by every conceivable means (over handed and under handed) and even if the DOJ is successful in forcing a split it won't happen for a couple of years or more.
Personally, I hope the DOJ succeeds and MS is split, with stipulations that all software companies get the same documentation for ALL of MS API's, and that colusion between the OS company and the other app companies be prohibitied.
Frankly, I'm tired of paying for beta releases and crashware.
