Thanks. I'll read the manual more closely. I didn't realize it could do that. I guess it's in the log file creation. In my situation it is NOT a stock letter to many. It is a different letter for each different fax no. Actually it is a letter to different insurance agents notifying each that a policy for their client is about to expire.

It really can be run without VFP after VFP create the LOG file.
