If you're in a big hurry, pick the one you know the most about. If not in a hurry, pick the one you most want to learn. I did 70-029 Designing Databases with SQL Server 7, and improved my skillset and understanding of SQL Server, thus giving me more depth of skill and breadth of understanding.
