It would be nice to have a generic contract downloadable. Does it need to have notes for different countries? Are there specific legal requirements outside the USA?

Also, it might be nice to have some articles on "being an independent consultant" I'd like to go independent, but don't know the USA rules (last time I did it I was in England).
