We started at 110bps... Ughh, but fortunately I almost immediately went to a blistering 300 bps. <g>
I'll also never forget when a friend of mine gave me a 1200 baud modem. Thought I'd arrived. <g> I still have it. *bg*
Remember the program MODEM? And then the variants like MODEM7? <g>
Or PIP on CP/M machines? <g>
