I am looking for a class that has some password controls in it.

Specifically, the sype of password controls available with NT passwords but to be used when passwords are stored in a table.

Things like, change password required after nn days, checking password history (restricting reuse), validating the password (such as not just being a single character change or a rotation of a prior password, etc)

Has anyone seen something like this?
