>I export a Msaccess97 form(suppose form1) by going through file ->Save as Html.A web publishing wizard guides me and I get 2 ASP files for the converted form named as form1_1.asp and form1_1alx.asp.

Upgrade to Access 2000...it's REALLY easy from there.
