Well, nowhere is perfect. Colorado/Wyoming/Montana are the closest things to perfect for me, but my wife likes the beach, which I hate. At least she goes along with a summer vaction every other year out west, but I have to go east on alternate years. Westerners are a lot like southerners, but the weather is much better IMHO.
