After some looking, the only one I've found is the Sleep Inn Central Business District at 334 O'Keefe Avenue. They're about two-tenths of a mile southwest from the Sheraton, and they have rooms starting about $65 a night (a king room was $80.10 per night). Two caveats: if you have a car, they also hit you for $12.50 a night parking, and I'm not sure if they have an airport shuttle.
