Is there any indication that the LOVE virus or one of it's mutations could effect a VFP6 application bound into executables to create the following result?:

A multi user, multi-module VFP application that has been running successfully worked until just after 1 yesterday. People returning from lunch were able to complete the log in entry but on continue the process appeared to suspend. People who were still logged in from the morning were able to continue working and the data they entered was saved to the tables. Anyone who logged out in the afternoon could not regain access to the applications. The server was not down. Files could be accessed from the Explorer. The user log in info was recorded in the usage table which is on the server.

I was able to dial in and run the application remotely without problem - except that my log out date/time was not recorded in the usage table. The users on site run WIN '95,'98, and 'NT on an NT network.

The error logs did not create a record, either locally or on the network. There have not been any changes to the code or the data structures in weeks.

Your help will be appreciated.
