I've been planning on buying a new machine this year (once the 1 ghz chips came out). Unfortunately, I'm not in a position right now to buy one. Who I buy it from is another story. They're going to have to be able to sell me just the hardware. No software and this includes OS. We have a friend who's son works for Dell and I'm hoping that they'll be able to do this for me.
