I think there is a simpler way around (See Rick's reply to me and my reply to him).
But basically it's forcing one of your frame sources to refresh every 7 min using a meta tag:
META HTTP-EQUIV=Refresh CONTENT=420 7 min --
The source of your frame has to be not a static page but a call to one of your methods in the COM object (say you have a method refreshing Number of hits).
Make sure it is not the same frame where main HTML output goes!
