There are several online resources for what you are trying to do. Go to the W3C.org site and download the HTML4 documentation and read up on FRAME and FRAMESET elements and the TARGET attribute. Also, go to the www.javascript.com site and get the article Working with Windows. Using the HTML4 and Working with Windows you'll have a good knowledge of displaying windows and working with windows in the web environment.
