Chris,

I know this is just a temp fix, have your client change the windows default printer before he/she runs the program to print the report. It's a PITA.

You need to remove this information JUST BEFORE you send the FRX/FRT files to the client. Then, without a 'precoded' printer the FRX has enough sense to look for the Windows default printer and run according to each client's default printer.
