Every time I start VFP 6.0 (SP3) it's suppose to keep the user settings according to the last VFP Session.

I can't seem to keep mine! I've reinstalled Visual Studio, deleted any and all existance of my foxuser.dbf, disconnected from the network to make sure it does find any other one and restored my registry from a good known back up. What gives? I can't figure it out. Can anyone help?
