There is some sample code on my old website at http://home.att.net/~john.harvey/vfpstuff.htm . You might also check John Petersen's website. My recommendation is to use Rick Strahl's wwipstuff though. It is much lighter and even allows you to do spoofing, for when you don't want replies to emails your app sends out or to direct the replies elsewhere.
