You can't really compare the two because you're comparing apples to oranges. Also, Foxpro is a database management system with application development capabilities whereas Oracle is a backend database with an SQL programming language but no front end tools (hence the PB/Oracle combo).

That being said, I would much rather use FoxPro than ORACLE forms to develop a front end to an ORACLE back end.
