NT 3.51 does not fully support VFP 6.0 (5.0 is fine) for apps running on the server machine itself. Your message is unclear as to whether the app is running on the server, or on a W95 PC network-attached to that server.
In the latter case, if the 3.51 server is simply storing the data files for the VFP app, it should run fine. Old versions of W95 may require a DCOM upgrade to avoid app shutdown errors.
