I can log on and I can authenticate.
I can also ping the VPN server.
I just cannot see any computers.

>My guess would be that the VPN server you are accessing is not allowing TCPIP requests beyond itself. If the requests aren't allowed into the network, you can't authenticate and you can't get access to anything else.
