I was more addressing the statement "...blindly pass these virus files on." The last virus that went around before the I LOVE YOU virus alegedly didn't even have to have the attachment opened to get into your system. I believe it's called the KAKWorm virus, or something of the sort. I don't believe that's the case with "I LOVE YOU", but none the less, the virus folks are getting craftier, and the things that used to protect us (like not opening attachments) aren't necessarily enough anymore.
