When the user select a certain value inside a combo box in a certain row (eg. row 2), I want to enable the corresponding edit box on row 2 so that the user can key in some value. Try this in grid.column1.Combo.Valid() (assuming that combobox is in Column1 and editbox is in Column2)

this.parent.parent.Column2.Edit1.Enabled = IIF(this.Value = myCertainValue, .t. , .f.)
