Your code will error is Customer is open under a different alias. Change it to;
llUsedCustomer=Used('customer')
If Not llUsedCustomer
    Use Customer In 0 <strong>AGAIN</strong>
Endif
... program code
If Not llUsedCustomer And Used('customer')
    Use In Customer
Endif
