PB stands for PowerBuilder, which is very expensive as compare to Visual Studio. With VS, you have a complete set of tools which is only 1/3 the price of PB alone.

We are a company that develops packaged software. You can not do that with Oracle products. Also, Oracle Corporation is competing with its clients that uses its products. They now have Accounting, Payroll, and Manufacturing systems. We shifted to SQL Server and probably CACHE database soon.
