I should have stated Error 1116 was _not_ recoverable at least in a forced error routine returning error numbers and messages. It pops up a single messagebox like prompt with your only choice - ok. Are you saying errors 125 (printer not ready) & 1589 (Table or Row Buffering requires SET MULTILOCKS set ON) are programmaticaly unrecoverable?
