I'm not aware of such, but I don't use VB's tools to do my distributions. The Visual Studio Installer can, as can most of the third-party installers. If you do something like what you're suggestoing I'd strongly recommend reading up on exactly how the user profile operates - it's not the same under NT/2K as it is under Win9x.
