Sometimes there are fields that are hiding behind other fields. Try USEing the frx and then browse through the Expr (the expression) and SupExpr (the print when info).

Originally I did have COUNT(rpt.age) as an expression and Print When COUNT(rpt.age) > 0 "in error", but I thought I dumped them all. I will check again. The only thing I can think of is that I have a field with COUNT(rpt.age) or COUNT(rpt.age) > 0 still in it, but the field is not visible in the report designer or it is hiding behind one of those report bars like "Detail" or "Footer" or whatever or hiding behind another field or label..
