>I basically did this same thing using VFP and Delrina WinFax Pro 7.0 which uses DDE to load the phone number, name and attach the printout for faxing. Our routine processes treatment authorizations in batch where a separate fax with cover page(filled in) is sent to up to three different phone numbers.

I'm using RightFax, which is real easy to use. It uses embedded codes in the report (no DDE necessary). Email me directly if you want for information.
